Possible account compromise

I've been getting disconnected a lot today with no interuption in my internet connection (ventrilo stays connected, IM stays connected ect). My concern is when this happened to a friend of mine, her account was hacked the same night (likely the hacker was logging in while she was on and she got booted over and over again).

I've changed my password but it's continued to happen. Virus and spyware scans show the computer as clean, so I'm not too too worried; but is it possible to check to see if anohter IP has been accessing my account today just to be on the safe side?
