Hero of the Mag'har quest not working

Unfortunately, Vathin, this is not something that we are able to resolve simply. It will likely take the realm being restarted to reset the event. I'm sorry you were unable to see the interaction between the two, hopefully someone else will turn it in at another time and you can witness it.

I'm not entirely certain, Vathin. It may have been that we were able to despawn Thrall or the Greatmother and that resolved the issue. This looks to be a bit more stuck than that though as despawning both did not seem to resolve it. You can turn in the quest but the event doesn't seem to be playing out.

A realm restart with maintenance should correct that.

I am speaking only about the NPC's involved and the event that plays out when you turn the quest in. That can sometimes be reset by despawning the NPC's and allowing them to respawn. In this case though that doesn't seem to be working and the event is not resetting. This means that anyone else turning in the quest will likely just receive the credit, experience and rewards and not see the interaction between the Greatmother and Thrall. Maintenance on Tuesday should reset the event and allow anyone who has the quest to complete it and allow the event to run.

No, we are not able to reset the quest within your logs. If you have already turned the quest in, gaining credit and reward, you will be unable to turn it in again, I'm sorry.
