I am stuck and can't do anything after dead

My wife was playing a Dungeon, she died and her soul fall into something like a water well, not she's stuck, she can't go out of the well to either go to find her curpse or go to the spirit healer. I can't summon her and she can't use the HearthStone to go back to the inn. Basically, she's stuck in this location and we've been trying to solve this issue since the morning, In short, she is unable to play and stuck

Any solutions for this crap?

Your wife should place an in-game petition, Modzy. Make sure she mentions that she is "stuck" and unable to play - our Game Masters actively watch for petitions like these, and she should be helped out right away with her issue. >^.^<
