There are two sounds a ability will make if you try to use it and its not ready....one is the voice-over "That ability isnt ready yet" etc. The other is a soundbit that buzz in the foreground very loud. Is there a way to turn that down or off?
I would rather hear NOTHING at all when my spell isnt available. I want to hear everything else just no warning tones or even speeches. Sometimes im spamming a button or key just to get if off as quik as I can but that noise it makes before its actually available is bad loud and drowns out everything around me. Help please...

There is an option to disable error voices. I forget exactly where it is, though.

Options > Sound & Voice > Sound

Under the Playback options, there is a checkbox for 'Error Speech.' You'll want to uncheck that. <3

That turns off the speech, but not the sound that the OP was referring to... it sounds like a woosh (and is quite loud).

Unfortunately I do not believe there is an in-game way to disable this sound that I'm aware of, without disabling all sound effects. =( Only the vocal warnings.
