To open Deathbringer Saurfaing's doors, you will need to utilize an Instance Soft Reset, Sannil. Unfortunately, it is not something that a Game Master nor myself could assist with directly.

Instance Soft Reset

    -Disband your raid
    -Have everyone in your raid exit the instance and remain out of the instance for no less than 30 minutes
    -Reform and enter the raid again
