Enchantment Confusion

Hi, so i know that if you place an item in the "Will not be traded" slot that people can enchant it, but heres my issue. The materials for the enchant i want cost a fortune for me personally (it wouldn't seem like so much for someone say, level 70), and i was wondering, if i place the materials in the trade window and the item in the will not be traded slot, can someone confirm the enchant before i trade them the materials?

I'm afraid not, Raagequit - the player will need the materials first before they are able to enchant your item for you.

However, if you make a very clear agreement in chat with that player that you will be providing the materials and for them to enchant it for you, and they run off with the items, it is possible our Game Masters can investigate such a situation as a Scam.
