Not sure what to do now...

So about 3sh hours ago I made a thread in which I was disconnected suddenly, and was unable to get back on because it said wrong information. I tried changing my password 6 times, and when I log on to the game it still says that. The strange part is I am able to log on to the forums fine and everything, so it doesn't quite make sense.

I called blizzard and was on the line with them for about half an hour, and tried various things like changing security settings, rebooting internet, all that kind of stuff and it is still unsuccessful. I originally called billing but they transferred me to tech since they weren't exactly sure what to do cause the account is still active, no malicious activity etc..

Then the tech support guy said to run the computer in safe mode to see if it would work. I did that and it was non successful, then he told me to disable security problems to try, and no success. Then he said just to wait, and that's the situation!

. So after I was done with them they said just to wait and hope it gets resolved, but it's been a while now and i'm not sure if it's going to be resolved without doing something. Any ideas?

Nakida, do you use a mobile authenticator? It's possible it's out of sync - if so, simply use the resync option on your phone's application, and let me know if that helps.

You know, we have had some ongoing issues today on some servers - Undermine does appear to be one of them. While the issue is still being investigated, it seems most players are able to log back in now. Are you still experiencing this issue?

I'll be providing additional updates in this thread here, but I suspect this may be the cause.

Forgive me for the obvious questions (all part of basic troubleshooting), but you have double-checked your password, made sure you don't have capslock on, and the like?

It couldn't hurt to run the Repair.exe Tool. If you are using a Mac, however, you would need to either perform a full reinstall, or perhaps at least try a Reset UI.
