I called blizzard and was on the line with them for about half an hour, and tried various things like changing security settings, rebooting internet, all that kind of stuff and it is still unsuccessful. I originally called billing but they transferred me to tech since they weren't exactly sure what to do cause the account is still active, no malicious activity etc..
Then the tech support guy said to run the computer in safe mode to see if it would work. I did that and it was non successful, then he told me to disable security problems to try, and no success. Then he said just to wait, and that's the situation!
. So after I was done with them they said just to wait and hope it gets resolved, but it's been a while now and i'm not sure if it's going to be resolved without doing something. Any ideas?
