If the account has been compromised and the email was changed, this will require a phone call to Account Services, Thelump.
Upon proper verification of the account they should be able to update the email address and advise you what you need to do from that point.
If you have yet to do so, you may wish to create a new email address to update the account to and thoroughly scan your computer for malicious software.
