Ticket Disappeaered

It looks like this issue was already addressed by another Game Master - seems as though one of your fellow guild mates reported the same issue for investigation. The Game Master that received yours closed yours to allow the other Game Master handling the issue full control and to avoid any duplicate work or additional misunderstandings.

I do apologize for the confusion - it seems the contact that the Game Master sent was lost somewhere in the interim.

I'd rather not post both petition texts here, as you requested to not speak of this issue, but they were both concerning the topic of an individual who left your guild unexpectedly and a report of a potential guild bank theft.

Those are, to be blunt, the same issue. Unless you were speaking of the last issue you put into queue over 101 days ago that was abandoned? I'm not certain as to what other petition you could be speaking of.

Ah, I do see now where the confusion could have easily been taken up, Shelexy. Your reference of the same event in nearly the same text (which I am certain is a coincidence) between the two issues would easily lead a Game Master to believe this is about the same issue. In this case, the best thing to do would be to submit another petition - I'll forward it to a qualified individual myself for investigation due to the misunderstanding.

The issue is being investigated at this point, so I don't feel there's a necessity to continue the discussion that's currently going on.
