Need help with a character

Hi, I am not sure how I go about this. I have an account that I let expire and I am actively playing on this account and will continue to do so. I need a character restored on my account that I let expire that I deleted like an idiot so I can pay for a character transfer to my active account. I cannot login in game to the expired account because there is no game time on it to submit a GM ticket asking for a character restoration. How can I go about doing this, it is a Human Rogue on Shadowsong that I would like restored so I can pay for a transfer to this account? Thanks in advance.

Even if you don't have game time, they'll still service your ticket.

You should also mention that you plan to transfer the character, and request that they ensure that there is nothing that would prevent you from doing so, once the character has been restored. (two birds, one stone)

Something to consider: If the account has yet to be merged to a Battle.net account, you may wish to do this first before contacting a Game Master. The account will need to be merged before you will be able to transfer the character.

Other than that, Pahanda is going to keep me on my toes today. :)
