Heya Marsbars,

This may have happened for various reasons, can you provide character name and realm of the locked account?

Well he faction changed it to alliance and he realm transferred..he is Skope on the realm Blackhand

Before he transferred me i was Bowjob on the realm Fizzcrank

Did you initiate this faction change/transfer, Marsbars? Because it looks like the account was locked due to a dispute over those actions. An e-mail was sent with information on this matter as well as a link to a .pdf file that should allow you to verify that you are the registered user on the account.

Now the e-mail containing instructions on how to recover the account was sent to an e-mail address not directly associated with the account though the name is close to the address currently registered to it. I can send another copy to the address currently registered to this account if you like.

Wait, Im confused..I got hacked on my hunters account, The hacker got faction+realm change. I just recovered it by calling Billing and Account Managment today.. Send me another email again please

Unfortunately, Marsbars, not all compromises are the same. In some cases it is necessary to make certain that the person we are dealing with is the registered user, especially in cases where there may have been possible account sharing/trading involved. Now just looking at this account in reference to the one you gave me the names don't seem to match up and the e-mail address used on this one seems to indicate association with that other account. I'm sure you understand that there are some questions that need to be addressed through thorough verification.

You should receive the e-mail within 30 minutes or so.

Okay but i CAN prove I am the owner of the account, I have ALL of my info including original wow login, full name, home address, city, state, zip code, birthday, and CD keys. I even have all my past email addresses.

If you can add photo ID to that I'm sure you'll do just fine, Marsbars.

When you say photo ID can I use my school ID? I got it this year

You'll need a government sanctioned ID I don't believe a standard school ID will work.
