I´ve lost my Tabard of the Argent Dawn :-(

You should be able to open a “Help request”, (red question mark at the bottom of your screen):

“Talk to a GM” â–º “Open ticket”

Explain that you would you no longer have the Tabard of the Argent Dawn and you would like it restored, and that you do have the achievement.

They should be able to verify and possibly restore, although I cannot guarantee that they will restore it, but you can always try.
