Character Transfer: Area 52 > Moonrunner

I know that they tell you not to contact customer support concerning transfers because there is nothing they can do about them but I have exceed 5 days since attempting ot bring my Pally back to Moonrunner. Can someone check into the status of this character? I am concerned that my drama queen of a brother caused my transfer to become messed up by reporting my account as being hacked and sending my character a ton of email in an attempt to put the kabosh to my transfer.

If the character is already locked by the Paid Character Transfer process, Tankenspank, then “incoming mail” should not be an issue. Will you try logging into the character, and give me the exact message that displays for you? Chances are that you will need to contact Billing & Account Services , but we can be sure if you can get that message to me.
