Faction Change Error. - Blue Tracker

When i try to faction change back to Horde. there is a error message saying i have incoming mail or have mail in the mail box.

This is not true. because i have been trying to faction change for about 10 hours now. and its not working..

I dont have anything in auction house, nor do i have any mail,

I have opened a ticket in game but its taking forever is there anyone that can help me resolve this problem please?

Heya Drenos,

You should be able to faction change now, there was spam mail stuck in your in box.
