Hey, I was wondering if i could get a blue to remove my authenticator ? Last week my phone flipped out on me and i lost all my stuff on my phone including my authenticator, but some how i am still logged into these forums even though I've been away for a few days! I've sent Billing an email, and i got a response that exact same day (Friday), and i didn't check my emails till like, Sunday morning, and i had already received the customer satisfaction email? So i was wondering if they had thought i resolved my problem and canned my request.. Now i am wondering if you guys here can take it off for me :) That'd be greatly appreciated as i think they have dumped my request..

You need to contact our Billing department for assistance with this, Deltäz.

There is an enormous difference between an unauthorized authenticator (which we can fairly easily tell should never have been on an account) and removing a legitimate one. In the case of a legitimate authenticator, we have to be absolutely certain it's YOU we are speaking with.

Yeah, okay. But can you tell me if they are still processing my email? because I already have contacted billing about it, but I'm not sure if they are still working on it cause they replied to me the same day i sent the email, and i didn't check my emails for a few days and when i did, i had a customer satisfaction email from them, so does that mean they have closed my case?

Looks like this is still in process. We did get your last email. You weren't, however, able to supply the serial number, so they may still correspond with you on this.

If possible, it may be far quicker to resolve this by phone. If they can verify your identity over the phone, this can be easily resolved.

No, i couldn't give a serial number cause I'm using a mobile authenticator, and i lost it when my phone stuffed up. I'll try to call now.. hopefully i wont have to wait too long

You need to call during business hours, Deltäz. Those are based on Pacific Time, it's about 10:30 pm on the Pacific Coast right now. They are open 7 days a week, however.
