Faction Change stuck. Mailbox is empty.

Ive been trying to switch factions for the past 4 hours. (Zedcore - Zul'jin) During this time, I've opened a ticket as well as sent an email. When attempting to switch factions, I get this message:

An error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox.

I've tried over and over again. I have been waiting for someone to answer my ticket but with no luck. I haven't received any type of mail during this whole 4 hours except 1 letter from a spammer which I thought caused the problem in the first place. Tried countless times since... Still blocked out.
