80 gone on another account. Where is it?

I just reactivated an old account that had a level 80 warrior on it. That was all it had on it, was a single level 80 warrior. And it's not there. So I can't post this issue on an alt, because the account doesn't have one. I have an in-game ticket petitioned on a level one toon but if previous experience has taught me anything, it's going to take several days to get an answer. Could I get any help faster through here?
