Issue regarding player breaking loot rules

I'd recommend that you include a bit more information in your petition if you'd like this investigated, such as the item name and character name in question.

This will need to be decided after investigation. It's true that the way you present this case it doesn't sound like a scam at all and the master looter simply made a mistake.

Be it a PUG or Guild run, unless loot rules are clearly stated ingame it's also not likely to be found as a scam situation.
