So i refered my brother on the 8/8/10, he paid for 3 months on his credit card, and upgraded his account to a full wotlk account. I read the FAQ that states that if the game time is paid for on credit card it's 10 days for the trial to expire + 30 days because he paid by credit card until i can claim my mount.
Well it's been 40 days... no mount.. in game support just tells me to wait 40 days..
This whole process is very frustrating in that :
A) Something is clearly not working as intended.
B) The 40 day wait time for claiming the mount when the person who has been refered is paying by credit card is buried deep in the FAQ and not mentioned on the main page, in my mind bordering on false advertising.
This coupled with other very negative blizzard customer service experiences recently are making me rethink the ongoing expense of WoW, especially since i'm pretty much bored with it at this point anyway.
