I just logged onto my Alt Purenergy to find out that our guild leader has emptied the entire Guild bank of high value items. 22K gold, Gems Enchants flasks, EVERYTHING!

I currently have a ticket in, but was wondering what i can do in the meantime.

All help is greatly apreciated.

That is incorrect. The guild is created and owned by the GM. He owns the bank, has full rights to it, sets permissions within it, and the game mechanics give him full access to anything that is deposited within it.

This is not necessarily true, Agonist. We do recognize that it takes more than just a Guild Leader to run a guild and accumulate the wealth that a Guild Bank may possess. Each situation is handled differently, but in this kind of case, I feel it would be important that a petition is placed for investigation of a possible Guild Bank Theft.

You can see details of our policy regarding such thefts as part of our Scam Policy.

Guild Bank Theft

This category includes:
    • Removing goods from a guild's bank with malicious intent

If a player is found to have perpetrated a guild bank theft, he/she may:
    • Be temporarily suspended from the game
    • Have any money or item gains removed

Being a Guild Leader does not make you exempt from this situation, though do understand that we may not always be able to provide restorations.

Fair enough. I'm only using my previous experience with the matter as a reference. Several years ago a guild leader did the same thing to us and our ticket was handled with "The guild leader owns the guild and there is nothing we can do." If the policy has changed or been adjusted since then I'll certainly make a note of it.
