Trial account plz help - Blue Tracker

Hey, i have been recruted by a friend and made the recuit a friend trial account and i purched the the vanilla upgrade. But when im in game it still tells me im in trial when i trade and in the account payment history it still says pennding and i am unable to cancel it.
Then i tried to upgrade to BC and it still says im on trial. when i am on battlenet it says that BC is active and that i have 1month reaccuring gametime.
i am still unable to trade or check mail and my recruit a friend is unable to give me lvls as i am still on trial.
any ideas on why i have not been upgraded

help much appreaciated :)

This is correct!

It's stated right before you enter in your payment information. ;)

You are able to grant levels even on a trial.
