Faction Change and Character Transfer

Can I do a faction change and a character transfer on the same day? Does the 3 day cool down apply in this situation? And I think I have stuck mail, not an issue though, I have a ticket up for that. Thank you :)

You can perform a Faction Change and a Paid Character Transfer on the same day, Snoekitty.

The key thing to remember is to allow one service to complete successfully before performing the other. For example, if you decide to perform the Character Transfer, be sure to log into the character after transferring before processing the Faction Change and vice versa.

I also reviewed the mail and you have one piece of mail that is a guild announcement. If you need that deleted as well let me know.
