My Ban Won't Lift

Hey!.
I Have been Hacked For Some month ago but i got'et my account back for a while ago but i got a ban, it stands it banned/ suspended in 3 hours i have waited many days now What shuld i do?

( PS : I Dont Have any game card/game time/suscribtion

I did a bit of research and it appears as though the account you wish to recover is located on the European realms and not the North American realms as you thought.
