RAF - have I done something wrong?

G'day CSF,

I've recently convinced my partner to give wow a go and got her to sign up for the trial via RAF. From there we've been a bit confused and I'll pass on the experience so far.
1: The login in-game for the trial was a bit odd with wow1 & wow2 options on the start screen. I got her to select wow1 and away we went.
2: She loved it and wanted the real deal so I went to sign her up for the full game and again had to select from wow1 or wow2 via account management. Confused but eager to get things going I got her to select wow1 again and proceeded to pay for the full game, both expansions and 6 months gameplay. Trouble is several hours later she's still listed as 10 day trial.
3: I can't seem to find the digital keys that were displayed on the screen after purchasing the full versions of the game in her account management though I haven't had a lot of time to double check everything.

*edit*

-Removed her acc name for GM only to see
-Just logged into her acc via management and wow1 has written above it "World of Warcraft®: Wrath of the Lich King" however there is still a wow2 below for some odd reason with just "World of Warcraft®" above it.
-In my acc via management in the RAF section she's still listed as yellow aka 10 day trial?
-in her view account history it states the upgrades and 6 month payments are still pending yet where stated as successful earlier when the transactions where performed

Thank you for all the information, Froziecup. It was most helpful indeed.

WOW1 is the account upgraded to Wrath, but this account was created with the basic 10-day web trial and not the Recruit-A-Friend trial you sent her.

WOW2 is the Recruit-A-Friend trial. Since this account is not upgraded, that is why you still show her in trial status.

All is not lost though! I may be able to work my magic for you both but I need for you both to exit the game completely. Please update the thread when you have done so.

Thank you, Frozie.

Give me a moment to see what I can do and I will update the thread shortly. In the meantime, please remain out of the game until I give the ok. :)

Yes, Shizzammy, you and your recruit are good to go. Thank you for your patience. :)
