Account keeps getting locked - have authentic

Hi, I got hacked a couple of weeks ago. I scanned my computer several times, changed the email address associated with my account and started using an authenticator!
But my account has still been getting lock - WHILE I'm logged in and playing. Is there still something funny going on with the security despite the fact I have an authenticator or is there some confusion over my IP address (I live in China if that makes any difference...).

It may have something to do with the fact your address isn't registered to the country you are in.

I'm not seeing anything terribly unusual here past the point you were compromised.

You might want to try updating your information, see if that cuts down on this. Billing may also be able to tell you more if you'd care to contact them.
