This is the error message I get:

From the message you received when attempting to log in, Dryads, it looks like your process isn't complete. Which usually means something else needs to be done. Have you logged into the Transaction page and checked it out?

So be it, I'll just cancel the name change and wait til I'm 18 to get my Credit card seeing as you guys don't accept PayPal

Not impressed please? I'm not even certain what that is supposed to mean.

From what I can gather you initiated a Paid Name Change, I'm not certain if you submitted payment information at the time but it looks like what is required to complete the transaction is you need to enter your payment information. Though we offer multiple methods of payment for subscription we only accept credit cards for service transactions such as this.

I don't know anything about Australian Blizzard, but I'm sure if you call the 411 or the number directory (not sure the name of it in Australia) they can transfer you to Blizzard and give that a shot. If not, since apperently you live there, you should be able to post on the Oceanic Forums if there is some, not really sure and ask them there. Or just wake up early, or E-Mail and wait.

The number for Australians still calls our North American offices, Volkner. :)

Queue times for Billing have been around 30-45 minutes recently, not nearly at 2 hours.
Q u o t e:

I did enter my payment details.

Did those details include a credit or debit card that is accepted by our systems? Visa/Master Card, American Express, Discover? I'm sorry that we do not accept Paypal for service payments but that simply isn't offered at the moment.

If you continue to have an issue with this transaction I'm afraid you will need to contact our Billing department directly, they are the only ones that may be able to help process your request.

It was a Master Card Debit/Credit Card

I'm afraid I have no idea why it wouldn't have been accepted, Dryads. Unfortunately these service purchases operate under a higher security protocol and many times either your bank or our system prevents the transaction from being made for a number of reasons.

Hopefully it can be sorted out, Dryads, I wish you all the best. Good luck.
