59 Day Game Card??

Ok so I just checked my account last night and it said it expired on the 15th. I was logged in all day. Then, I go to log in just now at 8pm and my account is down, said my game time expired. Really? REALLY? I JUST checked it and it said it expired the 15... 9/15/2010...last time I checked it's only 6pm on the 14th....

Of course it's not this account. I couldn't even post on the account in question. So I'm waiting on hold like a fool for the billing department for an hour.

Which account are you referring to, Alexander? The account that you are currently posting from appears to have activated the most recent billing cycle on 08-03-2010 at roughly 22:17:00GMT, with a 60 day pre-paid game card. This will expire exactly 60 days later on 10-02-2010 at 22:17GMT.

Keep in mind that months that have 31 days may slightly skew the perceived processing date as these are 30 and 60 day game cards, not “one month” cards.
