Realm transfer.. maybe a problem?

im trying to realm transfer to US- arthas and i know im supposed to be locked out from my character while the transfer is going but for some reason i still can.. im not sure if this is a problem or not because im still in my guild, or maybe because the server is high population... also i have been pending all day since like 11 in the morning and its 6 PM.. somebody please tell me if anything is wrong, thank you!

The character should lock once the process is initiated but even if you can log into the character it should still be in queue for transfer. I'd recommend not logging into the character though as that could impact the wait time for processing further.

Transfers appear to be going through, though they are taking longer than usually. Which is actually normally for maintenance days. :)

Give it time, if you need to check on your character's progress use the transaction page link as Shandiee indicated.
