Faction Change Issue

I am attempting to Faction Change Panthavron on Turalyon. I am getting this error message when attempting to do so:

A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox.

Could you help me with this issue or point me in the direction I need to go in order to solve this myself?

Sorry for the delay, Panthavron, it looked like you had some old spam mail stuck in your in-box. I was able to remove it so you should be set.

I also closed out the petition you have on this to avoid any further complications.
