Why so little in game support?

I have had a ticket open since 9:30 am. or so. That may not seem too bad, but i opened it yesterday morning. Is it considered normal for any type of customer service to take over 24 hours for a simple response? My issue is battleground kills not being credited.

Froh, I understand your frustrations with wait times. Quite frankly, our Game Master staff are not happy with the wait either. At Blizzard, we only want to provide you with the most Epic service we can, but there are many factors that contribute to the queue being where it currently is. We have a lot of amazing things coming down the pipelines to help lower the queues, and we are always hiring new, qualified individuals so that we both earn and deserve that title.

I'm sorry that what we are doing behind the scenes isn't immediately evident, and I really do wish I could share all the cool things we have forthcoming - but it's just not time yet. ;) In the mean time I do ask you to bear with us - a Game Master will service your ticket as soon as humanly possible.
