Speedhacking and keg delivery

I was just doing keg delivery on my priest and noticed someone running a little too fast. Long after my time ran out he's still going, and at ~500% the speed he should be.

Check out (removed) and how many kegs he's turned in on Hellscream.

I know calling out players in other areas on these forums is frowned upon but this is legit hacking and I want to report it since the GMs in the game won't respond anytime soon.
