Recruit a friend: didnt receive my mount

I recently recruited my friend through the recruit a friend system and he upgraded from a trial to a full 6 month subscription, i cant summon him, didnt receive my mount, but it shows up as his account being upgraded. help please?

Unfortunately, Watchfull, I believe Bullchanon is correct. I see two accounts that are currently linked to this one but neither has been upgraded to a full account. This normally means that the person upgraded a different account that was not started with the Recruit a Friend invitation.

Your friend can contact our Billing and Account Services department though and they should be able to apply the link to the appropriate account thus giving you the in-game benefits and later qualify for the mount and game time.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

Once linked, qualification for your Recruit a Friend subscription are based off of what is processed. If your friend added a 6 month subscription that payment won't process until after all time on the account runs out. This means that 10 days that comes with a trial account plus the 30 days that is provided when you start a new account. :)

If you use a Game Card, that time is applied to the account immediately and you'll qualify for the subscription benefits right away.

Mind providing me with the name and realm of a character on that account, Watchfull? I can take a look to be certain but from what I can see it looks like both of your invites have not upgraded to a full account yet.

I can say with absolute certainty that the account that character is on is not the one that was invited through the Recruit a Friend system. Though it was upgraded.

It was also not billing for a 6 month subscription and it will not be until the time on the account has run out which will not be until 11/6/2010 . It may be listed as pending but it isn't actually charged until it reads active.

The Recruit a Friend account would be the one listed as WOW2 for your friend. Your friend will need to contact Billing, Watchfull. They should be able to apply the upgrade and the link to the appropriate account so the two of your can receive your Recruit a Friend benefits.
