So I made a trial account specifically to go on the EU servers for Totalbisquit's Troll Event. (Yeah, yeah, flame me if ya want)

So I leveled a troll and I was minding my own business, when I was automatically logged out and it said "Server Down" So I try to log in again, but then it said that my account was banned from the trial client.

May I ask, what the hell did I do? I wasn't even doing anything wrong. I wasn't trolling, I wasn't selling gold, I wasn't doing anything! Was this a mistake or something?

You should have received an e-mail with more details as to why the account may have been suspended or closed. I'm afraid I don't have access to European account information or I would take a look for you.

The webform Abrahams linked should help though.

You may also want to check your system, the reason a trial account is usually closed suddenly like that is if it was used to spam gold sales or other illicit services.
