Faction Transfer Error

I am getting the

An error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox.

Error when I try faction transfer, However I have checked multiple times there are no messages in my inbox. Also I wasn't expecting any mail.

Is there anyway to fix this?

The character I want to transfer is "Puresecsy" of "Drak'Thul".

Try this now if you would. Petitions would also work for this, and our queue times may be higher than we like, but they are nowhere near a week.
