For the new button to appear to my select characters faction change, do I have to be completely logged off my account for 30 minutes; or can I play another toon while I wait for the process to complete?
It shouldn't even be possible to log into a character that a transaction is in process for - but that character is the only one you need to make sure you don't access till all processes are complete.
