Upgrading TBC/WotLK via digital copy

Hello. My buddy is getting back into the game. His previous account was his uncle's (he was a minor on the account) and he is now getting his own copy and what not. He wanted to do it all online but was only able to find the area to get the original game. He would like to get the two expansions as well online. So what he needs are the keys to activate the new account.

Since I can't be sure exactly what he's seeing on his screen I haven't been able to guide him completely to find the areas to get them or even for sure he can get them online. So the question is: Where online can one purchase keys for TBC/WotLK to add to his battle.net account so he will have a fully functioning and expanded game?

The only digital keys available for purchase through the Blizzard Store is the original standard version of World of Warcraft.

After that you can use the store to directly upgrade the accounts but no Authentication Key is available for purchase, your account will just be upgraded to the purchased version.
