How do I report these people?

So, I've recently found people who will sit in either the bank, or AH, and spam the drunk emote via the helm from brewfest(For the quests, if ya don't want to actually get drunk). Is there anyway to report them, or do I just kinda put up with it until the event is over?

Unfortunately, Pnc, there is likely no quick fix. People find all sorts of ways to be annoying whenever possible. :D

Report those that you believe are using this item to spam others with, it'll be looked into.
