Recruit a Friend Mount?

I did recruit a friend a while ago with my sister, It's been well over 2 months since I did the recruit a friend thing and she bought the account, a long with 6 months of play time.

I really want to get my rocket mount on my 80's but, for some reason, I can't. It says "Your accounts are linked" and when I talked to the 800 numbers about 2 and a half months ago and they said to "Just wait 2 months and it should show up" and still, no mount. Is there something wrong with my accounts? Or... what?

The account I show most recently linked to yours did indeed upgrade, but I'm not seeing any recurring payments yet.

2 months time must be billed before the mount reward becomes available. At the moment, in fact, that account looks expired. If there is a different account in question, could you give me a character name/realm on that account?

You don't need to worry about selecting a destination character until you are actually ready to claim the mount.
