Noting a few issues

-tickets always taking 2-3 days to be answered. in-game support isn't exactly the quality i'd expect of a pay to play game.

hacks
-bots always spamming gold sites in trade chat or floating in air above the auction house making pretty symbols. not sure why anything hasn't been done to prevent this.

As far as the "hacks" that you are reporting, we have taken many measures to fight against these particular individuals. Should you see a gold advertisement spam in trade, please report it using the right click, Report Spam option. It will send us a ticketless notification to let us know about the issue and where to investigate, as well as temporarily place that account on an ignore list for you until the next time you log out.

In regards to the floating advertisers, while we do have some automated procedures in place, we do appreciate notification of these issues via in-game petition. Just let us know where and when you saw it, and please include the text "body spam" or "corpse spam" in your petition text. That way, if on the off-chance it has not yet been taken care of, our Game Masters can investigate and take appropriate action. >^.^<
