From what I can see, Reinn, there are a couple issues here.
1. The character Leflorist, is on a normal trial account.
2. The account that was upgraded is not the correct account that links both of you with Recruit-a-friend.
Your friend will need to contact our billing and account services to fix this. They will be open in a couple of hours.
