Overcharged

hello, a few days ago i noticed a transaction in my bank account which looked like this:

14/09/2010 BLIZZARD ENT*WOW SUB BLIZZARD.COM CA debit $27.06 (<-$25 USD)
(with some code underneath but not sure if thats personal or not so i won't put it in this thread at this time)

i only have 1 account with a subscription atm and this is the latest payment history

9/18/10 $29.95 USD 60 Day GameCard Active
8/17/10 $14.99 USD One Month Recurring Expired
7/17/10 $14.99 USD One Month Recurring Expired
6/17/10 $14.99 USD One Month Recurring Expired
5/17/10 $14.99 USD One Month Recurring Expired
4/17/10 $14.99 USD One Month Recurring Expired

i had a paypal subscription for the account but i got a email saying it failed which i couldn't work out why until i noticed my account was overdrawn(fail, i know), so i bought a game card from a shop.

please help

Hi Matrixlife,

Based on what I can see, the charge is related to a character transfer you completed a few days before the 14th.

Do you remember doing a character transfer?
