But that's not just it. I don't want to specify the issue I had but say it was a restoration process and the Blizzard GM understood my position on which needed to be fixed. Let's just say that my issue that I had took a lot of time and work to get done to get to the point I was at, and to realize that I was doing it all wrong..wasting all that time was upsetting. Blizzard fixed that and in a short time. I am very thankful.
I have had nothing but positive experiences from the GM responses on this game and it's sad to see that other people either have not had the same experiences or are upset about it. Keep up the good work Blizzard. Times like these are very appreciated.
