Upgrade issues!

Hello, I have attempted to upgrade (3) seporate times, I already sent an email to billing about it, to make sure it didn't charge me for those 3 times, as my bank is the bank at my college (There own student bank) so the online site does not tell me any pending billings, it just tells me when its taken out after x days, anyways, I wanted to know if anyone else is getting this error, and how to get around it? i tried 2 times in retail copy, and 1 time in digital upgrade...

Error 202 indicates the upgrade cannot be processed with the information provided, Alethben.

There may be several reasons why this is occurring.
  • Have you moved recently? If so you may need to update your contact information on the Battle.net account or at the bank.

  • Have you confirmed with the bank there are enough funds in the account and that you are able to use the card for online purchases? Even if the card can be used for online purchases verify it can be used for purchases made through Blizzard Entertainment.

If this credit card is unable to be used for the online upgrade, you can contact Account Services and see if they are able to process the purchase for you. You may wish to all have another credit card handy in the event that the main card is declined.

Lastly, you can always purchase the game from a local retailer if you have the ability.
