Cant faction change due to mail?!

Ive been trying to faction change for some time now but it wont let me due to mail in my box or en route, ive deleted all the mail i sent to my alts and all mail in the mailbox of the char i want to faction change with!. If someone or a GM could help me ill appreciate it very much :)
