Downgrade account

There isn’t anyone you can talk to about downgrading the account, Helopusobiwa.

The account you are posting from was upgraded to Wrath of the Lich King in 2008 and therefore does not fall within the 30-day refund time frame.

There is a feature built into the game that will allow you to do what you would like. Alternatively, you can create another account using the Recruit-A-Friend invitation and level another character up to 70 (thanks Eilethalua). Keep in mind though you will not be able to transfer a character from the Wrath account to the Burning Crusade account.


What you are requesting is circumventing how the game was designed, and for that reason Account Services will be unable to facilitate your request.
