I called up the blizzard support and I've been on hold for 55 mins now, and I'm pretty sure the Que was only like 28 minutes..
why doesn't it give you an update on the Que length?

I apologize that the estimated wait time was misleading when you called, Deltäz. it is based off the average time callers have been required to wait at the time it gives you the message. This is, however, just that, an estimated wait time, and is by no means a guarantee of the timeframe your call may take. Please understand that each individual call is different and that individual calls may take more or less time than that estimate given.

If you would like to request that constant updates are given as to the new estimated wait time, I would ask that you make a post on the Suggestions Forum: (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/board.html?sid=1&forumId=11122).
