I need an"invisible" ticket removed.

I read on WoW.com a few days ago that I could use the account recovery

To restore my account, as if it where compromised. Well I used it because it said it would remove the authenticator (in the article).

it turns out, it didn't... and now I have a "invisible ticket" for gms to restore my items... which is not the case I need.... what should I do? Upon further looking, i found the authenticator after searching 30 minutes or so before this post.

I do not require any assistance, I just need this invisible ticket canceled!

Looks like your issue has already been addressed, Deyadissa! In the future, you'll want to avoid using this webform for anything but account compromises. That is its sole purpose. The authenticators the form is able to remove are *only* those that are exploitative in nature.

I do apologize if this was not clear, but I do believe our original article (the one quoted by other websites) stated this was only for unauthorized Authenticators. I'll be sure to go over the article and send any feedback if there was a confusing error along the way. >^.^<
