Dropped Green Stein in 2009

Like the fellow a few threads down, I completed the quest to receive the Green Stein last year. However I dropped it in six months between Brewfest and when it gave a Feat of Strength, so I currently have neither the stein nor feat. I cannot do the quest to receive a new one.

I have created two ingame petitions explaining my situation. The GM to read my second ticket understood I wanted the quest expunged from my quest history so I may do it again this year. He escalated it, and the Senior GM promptly sent me another automated message. Argh.

Please expunge the quest from my quest history so I may do it again this year.

I'm sorry, Ceron, but we will be unable to remove a completed quest from your character. You are welcome to request a restoration of the stein itself and our In-Game Support staff may be able to help but we do not clear quests from your completed list.
