Can you please stop locking my account?

Hello there,

My account has been locked two or three times today, and twice yesterday for what it called 'Suspicious Activity'. I am Australian and in order too Pvp and raid effectively I use the wow tunnels service to reduce my ping by around half, Moderators have said this is completely legal (I looked it up before I started using the service). However, since it runs through some sort of compression servers in America (I don't know exactly how it works) my location seems to jump around a lot.

I appreciate that this service is designed too stop people getting hacked, but having to use the password reset and change it too the same password I had just before is getting a little tedious.

Would it be possible too opt out of the 'suspicious activity' auto-lock feature. I have an authenticator and am careful to double check urls, so I am not overly worried about getting hacked.

Thanks.

While lower ping type services are allowed, they are not supported.

No, this is not optional. Our goal is to help players keep their account secure. Lower ping type services will often times have an option to use a dedicated server for your network activity. You may want to check if this is currently a supported feature by the service you use. If so, try using a dedicated server. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
