Goofed on character faction and server change

I goofed on my server and faction change on this character i'm posting on, i did a server and forgot to log into that character and do the name change that was needed, and went and did the faction change. and when i put the new name in it went threw then when i went to log into that character boom it did the name unavailable thing,

i should have known better but alas i did not. i put in a petition. just making sure that all i have to do is put in a petition explaining what i did and the name it was gonna be when it was faction and server changed. the name in question for the toon is Delshay on the cenarion circle server.
